Mav's Trees/Trunks Tutorial - PART 1

Ayyyyy guys, YES I finally did a tutorial which honestly is pure trash BUT it's my first time doing one, I didn't even know how to explain things my english is so bad //sobs

In this tutorial I mostly focused on how to draw the tree's trunk because this is the part I noticed most people have trouble with. 
Adding leaves and stuff is much easier since you can use special brushes for it so I'm gonna make a second part for this tutorial soon ; w ;
